I have been using Instacart since 2013. When my first delivery showed up at my door I had a ahah moment. Based on 5 customer Interviews and my personal usage of Instacart application I have put together a concept; an extension of the Instacart app on the apple watch.

Who: Existing Instacart users who use web and mobile app to order.
Where: customer interviews in person and over call, SF.
User Flows
Hypothesis:
Build a Apple watch extension of the Instacart App which will help users receive time sensitive information about the shoppers arrival, item refill reminders and item replacement updates on the go.
Users will receive time sensitive notifications on arrival, monthly, biweekly, weekly for refills depending on the buyers choice of preference. Based on usage data of the user and looking at their order history users will be notified to refill items.
